Manufacturer One-Year Racquet Warranty

At Merchant of Tennis we stand by our products and are committed to providing you with only high-quality products. Within one year of purchase, should your racquet spontaneously crack or rattle please bring it our attention via email, phone or in-store. We'll assess the damage and contact the manufacturer on your behalf should we feel it is a reasonable defect. Please note this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint chips, scrapes, racquet smashes, etc.

If your racquet is replaced under manufacturer warranty you have three options:

  1. You may choose to receive the manufacturer replaced tennis racquet. We will string it at no charge with the string provided by the manufacturer (usually a synthetic gut). Merchant of Tennis will gladly ship your replacement tennis racquet, at no charge, providing the shipping address is inside Canada.
  2. You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for warranty replacement. If your defective tennis racquet is replaced by the manufacturer you will receive credit for the amount purchased.

If your tennis racquet is not replaced by the manufacturer, it will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer.
