Online store:

Orders are shipping daily. We have implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the welfare of our team and our clients.

Toronto & Oakville store clients:

Starting May 25, 2020, our Bayview and Oakville locations will be open with limited capacity. We ask that you respect physical distancing requirements.

In-store change rooms are currently not in service.

Appointments: In-store Appointment Booking is now available. Pre-book a 20 minute appointment with a staff-member for a shoe or racquet consultation. Times and spaces are limited. Click here to book now.

Curbside Pickup: For customers who prefer not to enter the store, we offer curbside drop-off and pick-up for stringing service and online orders. Order online and select in-store pickup as your shipping option. You will receive further instructions after we process your order. 

Returns & Exchanges: Our policies have returned to normal. Please consult our information page or call us if you have any questions about returning or exchanging your products.

Stringing Services:

Stringing Services are available through our "Ship In or Drop Off" Stringing Service on our website. With this service you can pre-pay for stringing services before delivering your racquets to our locations. Click here to get started
