It handles pace well, offers stability in the hand, and delivers a predictable response in high-pressure moments.

  • HYPERFOAM EDGE WALL: Specialized foam injected into the perimeter of the paddle adding weight and stability, increasing the sweet spot for consistent edge to edge performance.    
  • TEXTURED CARBON FIBER: CFS technology utilizes a more advanced, durable, longer lasting Carbon-Flex5 textured surface, harnessing raw power while providing maximum spin.
  • PROPULSION CORE: Patent-pending propulsion core allows for explosive power on drives, counters, and speed ups, with a refined feel and control on resets, drops and dinks.
  • NFC Chip Enabled: Built-in NFC technology in the handle allows you to tap with a smartphone to authenticate the paddle and access product-specific content through JOOLA Connect.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods). Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders over $99. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Racquets Returns

Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item.

The plastic wrap on the racquet/paddle handle and any other protective pieces such as header cards have not been removed.
The tennis, badminton or squash racquet has not been strung.
Tennis, badminton or squash racquets ordered with stringing services added cannot be cancelled/refunded once the racquet has been strung regardless of shipping status.

Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund or exchange.

Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged or returned for store credit or our gift card within 30 days.

No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, water bottles, undergarments, worn or damaged product, opened massage devices and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

Primary product packaging (e.g. shoe boxes) must be covered and protected during return shipping, otherwise the return may not be accepted.
