Shipping policy

Depending on the contents of your order, processing may take up to 3 business days prior to shipment (up to 5 business days during sale events or other peak periods). If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will contact you. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. Merchant of Tennis is not responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information, incomplete addresses, or ordering errors (including incorrect size, colour, or product selection). Return-to-sender shipments requiring a refund may be subject to a restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Merchant of Tennis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing after confirmed delivery. Customers should contact the carrier and/or their home, tenant, or credit card insurance provider regarding any claims for packages that go missing after delivery.
