Refund policy

Standard Return and Exchange Policy

• Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund or exchange.
• Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged or returned for store credit or our gift card within 30 days of ordering.
• No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, water bottles, undergarments, worn or damaged product, opened massage devices and gift cards.

Proof of purchase: Refunds with original receipt only. Exchanges with original or gift receipts.

Item condition: Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn and must have all tickets and protective materials attached.

Refunds: Refunds & price adjustments will only be credited to the original form of payment and/or account used to make the original purchase.

Manufacturer direct shipping: For items shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer for any return and customer service inquiries.

Shipping address errors: Merchant of Tennis is not liable for extra shipping fees or lost packages due to incorrect shipping address entry by customer. Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee for return-to-sender packages requiring refunds.

Gift with purchase items: Promotional gifts received with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

Price Adjustment Policy

If a regularly priced, in-stock item is reduced in price within 7 days of the date you purchased it, you are entitled to a price adjustment. You will be given a store credit for the difference in the original purchase price and the sale price.

We do not offer price adjustments for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week, Player Appreciation Day, Warehouse Sale, US Open Sale, flash sales or other time-sensitive promotions.

In order to receive a price adjustment, you must come into the store with the receipt or in the case of online orders, contact our online customer service.
