On October 24th, 2015, Canadians from across the country are celebrating the small businesses that have made an impact on their communities. The #SmallBizLove contest ran from June 10 to June 22, 2015. Hundreds of businesses across Canada received thousands of mentions over Twitter and Instagram.
Canadians are encouraged to visit shopsmallbiz.ca to find small businesses in their area. Small Business Saturday is designed to encourage Canadians to support local small businesses and recognize their massive contributions to our country.

Merchant of Tennis was also awarded "Canada's Favourite Small Business" in October, 2014. As part of a national contest held by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) and Interac , Canadians were asked to vote for their favourite small business using the #MyFavSmallBiz hashtag. With over 1,600 entries and over 700 nominations, Merchant of Tennis received the highest number of consumer contest entries than any other Canadian small business.
