Description

The Wilson Defyer 100 is designed for intermediate to advanced players who want to combine heavy spin with easy power in a more forgiving frame. Offering greater accessibility than the Defyer 98 Pro, it provides an excellent balance of spin, stability, and confidence for aggressive all-court and baseline players.

The 100 square inch head delivers a larger sweet spot for added forgiveness while maintaining a controlled response. Its open 16x19 string pattern promotes heavy spin and easy depth, helping players generate aggressive ball trajectories with confidence. At 300g unstrung with a 9 pts head light balance, the Defyer 100 combines excellent manoeuvrability with the stability needed for powerful groundstrokes. The 325 swingweight increases plow-through and stability against heavy pace, while the 23.75-25-23mm Dual Taper Beam enhances power without compromising responsiveness. Together, these specifications create a racquet that delivers explosive spin and pace while remaining forgiving enough for a wide range of competitive players.

The Defyer 100 incorporates Wilson's latest performance technologies to maximize modern baseline play. TORQ Shaft technology improves leverage, stability, and manoeuvrability, allowing players to generate heavier spin with greater confidence. SI3D optimizes the frame's three-dimensional flex profile to balance power, spin, and control throughout the stroke. The Dual Taper Beam increases stability while maintaining fast handling, and the Airfoil Bumper reduces drag to encourage quicker racquet head speed. Parallel Drilling enlarges the sweet spot and creates a more forgiving string bed response, resulting in a racquet that feels stable, responsive, and easy to swing aggressively.

The Defyer 100 is built for players who want to dictate rallies with heavy spin and accessible power. Its forgiving head size, stable construction, and modern spin technologies encourage confident swings, making it an ideal choice for players looking to attack consistently while maintaining excellent control and stability.

  • Airfoil Bumper: reduces air resistance around the loop for more efficient, faster swings that increase both power and spin
  • SI3D: Optimizes three-dimensional frame bending for targeted power, spin and control.
  • Torq Shaft: sculpted shafts help deliver leverage, stability and maneuverability for heavy, penetrating shots
  • Parallel Drilling: Grommet construction provides a consistent, more forgiving string bed response while dramatically increasing the sweet spot.
  • Dual Taper Beam: Generates power from its height and mobility from the aerodynamic shape.

Photos used contain images of strings for illustration purposes. Adult tennis racquets are unstrung unless otherwise noted or stringing services have been selected above. Brand logo stencils are not applied by default with stringing services. If you request brand logo stencils, please note that a stencil is painted onto the strings within a brand's stencil and may wear off over time - this is how stencils are applied on tour. Depending on the string you select, the stencil paint application fullness, colour and visibility may vary.

Adult racquets generally do not come with covers. To protect your racquet, we recommend getting a racquet bag.

Product specs such as weight may vary slightly from racquet to racquet to what is advertised due to the manufacturing process.
