The Wilson Blade 98 16x19 v10 is built for control-focused intermediate to advanced players who want a competitive edge. It delivers the signature Blade 98 precision in a more dynamic, spin-friendly response for players who like to attack and shape their shots.

The 98 square inch head pairs with a more open 16x19 string pattern, offering easier access to spin and launch relative to the denser 18x20 Blade 98. At 305g unstrung with a 7 pts head light balance, the Blade 98 maintains a stable yet manoeuvrable feel, supporting fast swings and aggressive shot-making. The more open pattern provides added bite on the ball and a slightly higher trajectory, while still preserving the controlled, connected response Blade players expect.

Blade v10 introduces its most significant performance updates to date. The new Turbo Taper beam design, with a variable thickness from 21.5mm to 20.5mm, helps players drive through the ball more effectively for added aggression. StableFeel+ enhances stability and responsiveness, giving players the confidence to swing freely in high-pressure moments. These updates are supported by Blade’s proven technologies, including FORTYFIVE° for a more connected response, DirectConnect for improved handle stability, and Parallel Drilling for a more consistent string bed. Together, these technologies create a racquet that blends precision with easier spin and a more modern, attacking feel.

To determine your grip size without using a racquet, measure from the tip of your ring finger to the major fold crease in your palm. Write down the distance to the nearest 8th of an inch. This is your standard grip size.

If you fall somewhere between the measurements, it is recommended to choose the smaller grip size as you can always build the grip size up using an overgrip (for a slight increase) or a grip build-up sleeve (for a half or full size increase). The grip measurements above factor in the pre-installed factory grip.

Racquets Returns

Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item.

The plastic wrap on the racquet/paddle handle and any other protective pieces such as header cards have not been removed.
The tennis, badminton or squash racquet has not been strung.
Tennis, badminton or squash racquets ordered with stringing services added cannot be cancelled/refunded once the racquet has been strung regardless of shipping status.

Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund or exchange.

Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged or returned for store credit or our gift card within 30 days.

No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, water bottles, undergarments, worn or damaged product, opened massage devices and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

Primary product packaging (e.g. shoe boxes) must be covered and protected during return shipping, otherwise the return may not be accepted.
