  • Spin Blade Decal: a rough coating with a soft feel for added spin properties
  • 16K Aluminized Carbon: for high rigidity and durability taken to the maximum power
  • Octagonal Carbon Structure: uses an 8‑sided carbon frame to increase rigidity and reduce torsion, delivering cleaner, more stable hits. 
  • Low Poly Polyhedral Design: adds multi‑angled reinforcements throughout the racket’s surface, boosting stiffness and power for a more explosive, responsive feel.
  • Diamond Shape: high balance shape that favours offensive shots
  • Power Extra Grip: an extended handle to give more weight towards the back of the racquet creating extra inertia, making the racquet hit harder and faster without you needing to swing harder.
  • Power Groove Rail: A reinforced carbon rail that stiffens the frame for a more solid feel and higher power output on every shot.
  • Weight and Balance System: A fully customizable weight system that lets you fine‑tune the racquet’s mass and balance for your ideal mix of power and control. Adjust the screws in the bridge to instantly shift between a heavier, more controlled feel or a lighter, more head‑heavy setup for maximum explosiveness.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods). Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders over $99. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Racquets Returns

Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item.

The plastic wrap on the racquet/paddle handle and any other protective pieces such as header cards have not been removed.
The tennis, badminton or squash racquet has not been strung.
Tennis, badminton or squash racquets ordered with stringing services added cannot be cancelled/refunded once the racquet has been strung regardless of shipping status.

Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund or exchange.

Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged or returned for store credit or our gift card within 30 days.

No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, water bottles, undergarments, worn or damaged product, opened massage devices and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

Primary product packaging (e.g. shoe boxes) must be covered and protected during return shipping, otherwise the return may not be accepted.
