This improved grommet system utilizes a dual groove system across the entire frame. At the top are deep grooves; at the side are shallow grooves inside of the frame. Overall this contributes to a 7% larger sweet spot across the stringbed. YONEX knows that many players catch the ball at the top of frame. With Isometric Technology, players can now hit with greater impact both on dynamic angles, as well as powerful attacking shots - even on off-centre hits.
3D Vector Shaft:
Deeper grooves in the shaft of the racquet (throat and handle) improve its stiffness and reduce twisting of the frame, increasing face stability by 20%.
Black Micro Core:
Black Micro Core technology, which is positioned at 10 and 2 o'clock within the racquet head, features new carbon and elastic particles which have been added to specifically enhance and increase the face stability and improve vibration dampening.
Tough G Fibre:
Tough G Fibre is incorporated into the shaft. 3 times more flexible than Carbon Nanotube, it provides high repulsion for a heavier and powerful spin.
Lock Booster System:
The new system on the grommets has more holes towards the top of the frame as well as grooves to lock the string, crushing the ball and producing more spin.
Super Cushion Grip:
The Super Cushion Grip minimizes vibration. The cushioning performance of the grip helps protect the wrist, forearm and elbow against shock-induced injuries.
