Head borrows the Radical moniker from their iconic line of tennis racquets and uses to it rename their Xenon series of squash frames. The Xenon 135 becomes Graphene Touch Radical 135 and continues to be a great choice for players looking for a racquet that has a nice mix of power and control. With a weight of 135 grams and a head heavy balance the Graphene Touch Radical 135 allows players that have a longer faster swing to easily hit through the ball and generate a good amount of pace. The compact 460 square centimetre head size provides plenty of control and precision that will appeal to frontcourt players that rely on touch and feel. The 135 gram weight mean this racquet can handle pace while remaining stable., and is also quite manoeuvrable.
New to the frame is Head’s Grapheme Touch Technology. An extension of their Graphene technology, Graphene Touch improves shock absorption upon impact to deliver unparalleled touch without sacrificing power. Head has also update their Corrugated Technology (CT2) by incorporated corrugated rails on all sides of the throat to further increase power and stability. Lastly this racquet also features Head’s Adaptive Fan Pattern allowing the racquet to be strung with a 14x16 pattern or a 20 x 16 pattern. The Graphene Touch Radical 135 should carry on the legacy established by the Xenon 135 and continue to be a top choice for experienced players looking for stable racquet with the right mix of power and control.
