With the Prestige Tour, Head introduces a new member to its iconic Prestige family of racquets and the result is a forgiving, control oriented racquet.
The Prestige Tour has a fairly unique set of specifications. It's 99 square inch head definitely offers a larger sweetspot and more pop than what is offered by the 95 square heads on the other members of the Prestige family. However, like the other Prestiges, the Prestige Tour still brings plenty of control to the table thanks in large part to it's relatively thin 21.5 inch constant beam width and soft flex rating of 65 RA. A unique 18x19 string pattern also adds to the control, while still offering plenty of spin potential. Weighing in at 10.8 ounces (305 grams unstrung), the Prestige Tour offers a great blend of stability and maneuverability.
Like all the other members in the new Prestige lineup, the Prestige Tour comes equipped with Graphene Touch technology. This technology enhances the dampening in the racquet and makes for a more muted and cushioned feel. Most players will enjoy the increased levels of dampening, however, there will be some that feel they are missing some feedback at impact.
The Prestige Tour is a great addition to the Prestige family and is a racquet that will appeal to a wide range of players that are looking for a racquet that seems to strike just the right balance between power and control.

From the beginning the original innovative Graphene technology delivered increased power and maneuverability through optimized weight distribution. Throughout the years this revolutionary technology helped a big number of HEAD players win important victories and tournaments. With the perfect power level taken care of, HEAD started to re-engineer the world’s strongest yet lightest material and added a unique shock-absorbing material to the frame construction. The result is less shock thanks to faster vibration reduction after ball impact and an unparalleled touch providing consumers with even more wow moments. All this without compromising on the power level of Graphene that players and consumers around the world have come to appreciate. In other words: power never felt so good.
