The racquet of choice for Roger Federer, a 20x Grand Slam Champion, summons back to the heritage of this great frame. The Pro Staff RF97 v13 has all of the characteristics that players know and love of this racquet. The signature precision and classic feel continue with this new edition. The 2020 Pro Staff v13 pays homage to the original design from 1983 by adding silver and gray racing pinstripes – which are utilized on Roger Federer’s previous RF 97 Autograph and signifies his contribution to this modern Pro Staff franchise.
The design continues with the classic black base but has added an exposed carbon fiber weave at the tip above 3 & 9 for a more modern look and each racquet comes with his signature etched into the throat of the racquet. This minimalistic clean design is sure to be a legendary racquet as the previous generations of Pro Staff have been.
Wilson labs have maintained the exact specifications that previous generations have including a thinner cross section (21.5 FB), a 97 sq. inch head and a 16x19 string pattern. The Pro Staff RF 97 v13 is one of the heaviest racquets (340g – 12 ounces) available however the head light balance (12 Pts HL) will let you swing freely from all parts of the court. Players with longer, faster swings will benefit from this racquet whose roots have 117 Grand Slam wins. The weight will also give you unparallel stability and optimal power that the Pro Staff series has always offered.
Photos used contain images of strings for illustration purposes. Adult tennis racquets are unstrung unless otherwise noted or stringing services have been selected above. Brand logo stencils are not applied by default with stringing services.

To determine your grip size without using a racquet, measure from the tip of your ring finger to the major fold crease in your palm. Write down the distance to the nearest 8th of an inch. This is your standard grip size.
If you fall somewhere between the measurements, it is recommended to choose the smaller grip size as you can always build the grip size up using an overgrip or a grip build-up sleeve.
