Description

The CX 400 from Dunlop is suitable for a wide variety of players from game improvers to experienced players looking for a lighter modern control-oriented racquet that fuses feel with power, control and spin.

The headsize at 100 square inches provides a blend of control and power with a forgiving feel. Coupled with the headsize, the open string pattern has a livey feel with easier access to spin. The weight being slightly lighter than average at 10.1 ounces (unstrung) brings easier movement of the racquet and an easier ability to generate power. Its head-light balance (unstrung) increases your ability to move the frame quickly, an important factor in generating power as well as being conducive to fast movements at the net for game-changing volleys. The beam thickness brings a little more punch and stiffness than the thinner CX 200 series thereby providing easier power in your game requiring less effort for depth in your shot, more common in the 100 square inch racquets of the modern era.

Enhancing the above physical characteristics of the frame are the core technologies Dunlop has implemented into the materials that make up the racquet. Flex Booster enhances feel, increases flex and reduces vibration. Sonic Core reduces impact shock and frame vibrations. Power Grid String Tech optimizes the string layout for a larger than usual sweet spot with enhanced spin potential.

Combined with the core technologies, this racquet does it all in a lighter package meant for players to grow with.

Photos used contain images of strings for illustration purposes. Adult tennis racquets are unstrung unless otherwise noted or stringing services have been selected above. Brand logo stencils are not applied by default with stringing services. If you request brand logo stencils, please note that a stencil is painted onto the strings within a brand's stencil and may wear off over time - this is how stencils are applied on tour. Depending on the string you select, the stencil paint application fullness, colour and visibility may vary.
Adult racquets generally do not come with covers. To protect your racquet, we recommend getting a racquet bag.
