Description

Disclaimer: this device will not read or tell you the exact tension of your strings. The purpose is to measure tension loss over time by a percentage. The reading you get from this will essentially be a benchmark from the present so it’s advised to measure right after you pick up your freshly strung racquet. Write down the reading and then after you play you can measure again to see how much tension loss has occurred. For example if you get a reading of 50 after a re-string, and a reading of 45 after 2 sessions; you have lost 10% of the tension. To be clear the drop of 5 points does not equal 5 pounds of tension lost, but rather 10% proportionately to when the racquet was newly strung. Once you get the hang of it, this device is very useful in tracking the lifespan of your strings which helps players keep their racquet performing at the best level. A great tool for any player and a thoughtful gift for the holidays!

Also known as volumetric weight, this is an estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width, height and actual weight of a package. Returns Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item. Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund or exchange.
Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged only for store credit or our gift card within 30 days.
No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), strung racquets, water bottles, undergarments, worn or damaged product, opened massage devices and gift cards.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.
Primary product packaging (eg: shoe boxes) must be covered and protected during return shipping, otherwise the return may not be accepted. More conditions may apply: view our full return policy
