We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to be a leader on the sales floor and provide exceptional customer service in both our Toronto and Oakville locations.

Job Summary • Provide excellent service in all aspects of the sales experience • Ensure all work deadlines are met in a timely fashion • Participate in execution of responsibilities on the department job lists • Participate with other employees in achieving all aspects of service, store readiness, merchandising and restocking of product, store cleanliness, health and safety practices • Control shortage through inventory control and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines • Maintain appropriate paperwork, tools and work stations in an organized manner • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements • Enthusiasm for sales and excellent customer service • High standard of professionalism • Excellent communication and organization skills • Friendly, outgoing personality • Works well under pressure, ability to meet deadlines and multi-task • A self-starter who works well independently • Committed to maintaining personal product knowledge and continually upgrading   knowledge as the company makes training available • Must be able to work a variety of days and weekends • A problem solver with the ability to think creatively • Racquet stringing experience would be an asset
