We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to be a leader on the sales floor and provide exceptional customer service in both our Toronto and Oakville locations.

Job Summary • Provide excellent service in all aspects of the sales experience • Ensure all work deadlines are met in a timely fashion • Participate in execution of responsibilities on the department job lists • Participate with other employees in achieving all aspects of service, store readiness, merchandising and restocking of product, store cleanliness, health and safety practices • Control shortage through inventory control and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines • Maintain appropriate paperwork, tools and work stations in an organized manner • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements • Enthusiasm for sales and excellent customer service • High standard of professionalism • Excellent communication and organization skills • Friendly, outgoing personality • Works well under pressure, ability to meet deadlines and multi-task • A self-starter who works well independently • Committed to maintaining personal product knowledge and continually upgrading   knowledge as the company makes training available • Must be able to work a variety of days and weekends • A problem solver with the ability to think creatively • Racquet stringing experience would be an asset

We are currently seeking Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service at the 2010 Rogers Cup.

We are currently seeking Tournament Racquet Technician to provide exceptional  service at the 2010 Rogers Cup.

Job Summary • Perform the duties of a Master Racquet Technician including professional racquet stringing, weighing, balancing and gripping • Participate in execution of responsibilities directed from Stringing Manager • Participate with other employees in achieving all aspects of service, event store cleanliness, health and safety practices • Maintain appropriate paperwork, tools and work stations in an organized manner • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements • Perform the duties of a Master Racquet Technician including professional stringing, weighing, balancing and gripping of racquets • High standard of professionalism • Excellent communication and organization skills • Friendly, outgoing personality • Works well under pressure • A self-starter who works well independently • Must be able to work from August 3 - 15, 2010
